How can I find out if your services are right for me?
We offer a free, no obligation, in home consultation to all consumers to help determine the right services for you. We use this time to address any, or all of your questions or concerns to determine which services and care provider best fits your needs.
How do I pay for these services?
There are many payment options available to help pay for care including but not limited to private pay (checks, cash, or credit cards), medicare, medicaid or private health insurance, medicare part C, long term care insurance, veterans’ benefits and workers compensation.
How can I trust/screen the care providers you send to my home?
Your safety is our # 1 goal. We strive to protect and help all of clients remain safe, and healthy while providing the highest quality of care in the comfort of your home. All applicants go through a face to face interview with our highly trained management team, FBI/criminal background checks, Penn-dot driving records check, drug screenings, and infectious disease screenings. Candidates are required to complete a comprehensive orientation program and regularly scheduled In-services and performance reviews.
Will I be obligated to sign a long term contract?
There are no long-term contracts or commitments. With 14 days of notice, you can cancel, transfer or temporarily suspend services at no liable risk.
What If I only require a little help around the house?
Your plan of care is developed to meet your needs. Some of our clients require around-the-clock care/services while others may only need assistance three times a week. Our employees can be at your service 24 hours a day/7 days a week if that is what you require. We work to develop a plan that fits your specific care.
Do you provide medical care?
We are a licensed home care agency that provides medical, non-medical and skilled nursing services to consumers as ordered by a license physician.
